MyID Profiles offer lifetime access with the option to upgrade to Plus features.
Easily manage all your MyID Profiles directly from the MyID App. MyID allows you to securely store your complete medical profile, including emergency contacts, vital conditions, medical images, labs, allergies, medications, blood type, and organ donor status, among others. You can link one or more bracelets to your MyID Profile, which means updating your profile once will automatically update all your bracelets. Enjoy the following additional features:
- Integration with Apple Health Records
- The QR Wallpaper feature lets you embed your entire profile into a custom QR code image for your iPhone's lock screen wallpaper.
- Enable passcode lock with Touch/Face ID capabilities.
- Add your photo to your profile quickly using your device's camera.
MyID Plus Subscription:
For $1.99/month or $19.99/year, the Plus subscription unlocks powerful features, including Pill Reminders, Documents, Sharing, and one-tap notification of emergency contacts.
Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The Plus subscription can be managed and edited by the user under "Account Settings" after purchase.
